  17.                 NOVA DESIGN TO RELEASE IMAGEFX 2.0

  19. Preparation of a major improvement to the phenomenal image processing 
  20. program, ImageFX, is under way.  Nova Design Inc., the original creators 
  21. of the ImageFX and Cinemorph software programs, is currently developing 
  22. ImageFX 2.0.  The new release will contain many new features designed to 
  23. increase the capabilities, performance and professionalism of the 
  24. already feature-packed program.

  26. ImageFX V1.0 originally debuted in October 1992 and was quickly accepted 
  27. into the Amiga Image Processing market, fueling the development of 
  28. ImageFX 1.5, released in July of 1993.  This next major release will 
  29. continue the philosophy of bringing the Amiga into the professional 
  30. domain of high-end image processing.

  34. As of July 15, 1994, Nova Design Inc. will take over the worldwide 
  35. sales, marketing and support of their ImageFX software including ImageFX 
  36. 2.0, The ImageFX-EGS package and Cinemorph.  We, at GVP, are pleased 
  37. with the initiative of Nova Design Inc. and wholeheartedly support this 
  38. amicable separation at the end of our ImageFX marketing contract.  Nova 
  39. Design Inc. will continue to develop and support their software and 
  40. future software products independently of GVP.
